Bishop Shane ParkerElected 15th Primate of the Anglican Church of Canada The Rt. Rev. Shane Parker, Bishop of Ottawa, was elected the 15th Primate of the Anglican Church of Canada on June 26, 2025, at St. Paul’s Cathedral in London, Ontario, during the 44th session of the General Synod. Primate-elect Parker has served as the Bishop of the Anglican Diocese of Ottawa since 2020.

St. Mark's Book ClubBraiding Sweetgrass - Tuesday, July 8, 2025 St. Mark's Book Club will be meeting at the home of Alan Rumsey at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, July 8, to review and discuss the book "Braiding Sweetgrass". "Braiding Sweetgrass" by Robin Wall Kimmerer is a profound exploration of indigenous wisdom, ecology, and the interconnectedness of all living beings. Kimmerer, a botanist and member of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation, weaves together personal narratives, scientific insights, and indigenous teachings to offer a vision of reciprocity and reverence for the natural world.
