Braiding Sweetgrass - Tuesday, July 8, 2025

St. Mark's Book Club will be meeting at the home of Alan Rumsey at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, July 8, to review and discuss the book "Braiding Sweetgrass".

"Braiding Sweetgrass" by Robin Wall Kimmerer is a profound exploration of indigenous wisdom, ecology, and the interconnectedness of all living beings. Kimmerer, a botanist and member of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation, weaves together personal narratives, scientific insights, and indigenous teachings to offer a vision of reciprocity and reverence for the natural world.

St. Mark's Book Club always welcomes new members.  If you would like to join us, please contact Alan Rumsey (alan@planetrumsey.ca).
