LaSalle CausewaySunday closures for marine openings Please note: On June 3, 2025, Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) advised the public that the LaSalle Causeway will be fully closed to vehicles, cyclists and pedestrians from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm every Sunday in June, July and August, to allow for the temporary opening of the main marine navigation channel. The Causeway will also be closed for many Sunday's in September, October and November.

Change for Life CampaignLAST WEEK FOR DONATIONS! Please remember that this year, as in recent years, St. Mark's is providing an opportunity for parishioners to donate to the Change for Life Campaign of the Mea Centre, from Mothers Day through to Fathers Day, which is next Sunday, June 15. Donations can ben made through cheques made payable to St. Mark's Church, but clearly designated to the "Change for Life Campaign". The cheque can either be mailed to: 268 Main Street, Kingston ON K7K 6W4, or dropped into the offering plate on Sunday. Donations to the Mea Centre through St. Mark's can also be made online through the "DONATE" menu on the church's website. Please select "Mission and Outreach" in the "To:" drop-down menu, and enter "Change for Life Campaign" in the memo field. All designated donations received up to and including Father's Day, will be forwarded on by St. Mark's to the Mea Centre. As with all donations through St. Mark's, a tax receipt will be issued at year-end. |

ACW MeetingTuesday, June 10 On Tuesday, June 10, the ACW ladies are having lunch (from Swiss Chalet) at 12 noon before their regular meeting at 1:00 pm.
Those wishing to partake in the lunch, should notify Mary Lou Hamilton asap so that she has the correct number of attendees for the food she is ordering.

St. Mark's Strawberry Social & BBQFriday, June 27 For the third year, St. Mark's is sponsoring a public Strawberry Social & BBQ to be held in the Parish Hall on June 27, from 5:00 pm -7:00 pm. This event is a great fellowship experience for the Parish plus a rare opportunity to bring/invite friends and neighbors as an introduction to our church. The BBQ will be hamburgers/hotdogs with all the condiments. The dessert will be cake, ice cream and fresh strawberries. Pre-registration is recommended to secure a place at this social.
