Canterbury Cathedral
One of the brilliant, practically viral incidents coming out of the Pandemic is the online worship from Canterbury Cathedral. Namely, daily morning prayer with Dean Robert and his trusted sidekick Tiger the cat. Every morning they bring prayer and scripture from the grounds of the Deanery Garden. Many of St. Mark’s parishioners have enjoyed this offering of prayer. Our own St. Mark’s Facebook page reposts the morning prayer from Canterbury but you can also find it (along with daily Choral Evensong and Compline) on the Cathedral’s website: https://www.canterbury-cathedral.org/worship/online-worship/ or on their YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/DandCofCanterbury |

Sunday Service Registration
Commencing this Sunday, June 27, we will again be offering in-person as well as online worship in the church, at both the 8:30 am and 10:30 am services on Sunday. To ensure we have space enough, and to assist in contact tracing, we ask that if you plan to attend worship in person, you register beforehand. To register, you can go to our parish website https://stmarksbarriefield.com and click on the purple banner at the top of the page and follow the prompts. (Note: In the pop-up window that says "LOCATION", click on St. Mark's Church to bring up the services you can register for.) If you are unable to register through the parish website you can call the parish office (613 546 3386). Please register before noon on the Friday prior. Registration is not required for online participation via Zoom. Please self-screen before attending worship in person, and if you feel at all unwell, and particularly if you have any possible symptoms of COVID-19, no matter how slight, please stay at home and take care of yourself. Thank you. |
